CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This fee covers Mabini Lash & Wax for the time lost, in which another client could have been serviced. Being more than 15 minutes late will be counted as a cancellation.
